We are pleased to welcome you to this dedicated day of exchange as part of the Cluster’s Annual Meeting 2026. 

The day will focus on ‘Looking Forward: Synthesis and Future Directions’, sharing insights, practical solutions, and future priorities emerging from the Cluster’s work. We invite you to contribute directly to discussions shaping the future of climate and health action in Europe.
